Biography
Christopher Reeve was selected in 1978 among 200 actors for the role of super-hero to make him an international star. He has toured alongside Michael Caine (fatal trap) or under the direction of George Miller ( The Aviator ). In 1985, the same year that The Aviator came out in theaters, Reeve presented Dinosaur! , a documentary broadcast on the dinosaurs. Fascinated by dinosaurs since childhood (as he himself says in the documentary) he flew his own plane to go to the place of shooting, the American Museum of Natural History. Because of his enthusiasm during the shoot, he asked himself that some sequences were shot several times .
Christopher wanted to play the role of Lincoln Rhyme (played by Denzel Washington ) in the film The Boning ( The Bone Collector ). The leaders of the film have refused, arguing that the hours of filming would be too stressful for him. However, he advised Denzel Washington for this role.
