Jayma Suzette Mays is an American actress born on 16 July 1979 in Grundy ( Virginia ) to the United States. She is a graduate of Grundy Senior High School. She then went to the University of Radford where she earned a degree in performing arts.
It is part of the distribution of the television series Ugly Betty where she plays the role of Charlie, Henry's girlfriend.
She appeared in several episodes of the hit series Heroes (season 1 and 4), where she plays the role of Charlie Andrews, a waitress with an eidetic memory that will capsize the heart of Hiro Nakamura, who will not hesitate to go back time to live her life with her, in vain. She also plays in the movie Big Movie.
She has also appeared in episode one of season three of Ghost Whisperer , Jennifer Love Hewitt in the lead role (Melinda Gordon).
It is part of the cast of American Glee , which aired on FOX.
