Comments

French dubbing of this series, particularly successful, was provided by Dominique Paturel (following Wagner since the third season of It Takes a Thief ) and Claude Bertrand (French voice of Roger Moore ).

The concept of the series, created by Glen A. Larson, sailing on the success of the movie The Sting. The idea is simple: an ex-con (Pete Ryan) joined with former police officer who arrested him (Frank McBride). They mounted a private investigation agency whose purpose is to "scam the scammers!

The first season is tasty but by the second, the subject of scams is abandoned in favor of more conventional detective stories. Note that the first season was produced by Glen A. Larson and Paul Playdon (formerly of the creative team of Mission Impossible ) and found David Chase , creator of the future Soprano , the position of story editor. For the second season, Matthew Rapf that provides the title of Executive Producer.
